Welcome to our B&B!
We are delighted to host you and want you to feel at home. Our house rules are simple and aim to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay, based on mutual respect and common sense.

Check-in and Check-out
Your room will be ready for you between 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM, unless you have other specific needs. Please let us know your expected arrival time and inform us of any delays.
At check-in, we kindly ask you to present your ID for registration, as required by law. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare them for incoming guests. Should you need a little extra time, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and continue enjoying your day!

Care of the Property
We kindly ask you to treat our home with care and respect, just as you would your own. Any damages will be fairly compensated, though we trust that, together, we can avoid any inconveniences. In case of lost keys, a replacement fee will be charged.

Cleanliness and Safety
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and common areas. We appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy and welcoming by turning off lights when leaving the room and using the facilities properly.

Guests and Visitors
For the safety and tranquility of all, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. We kindly ask that you do not invite external visitors into the property.

Reservations and Cancellations
We accept bookings by phone or email. If you experience an unexpected change of plans, we will be happy to offer you a voucher to use at a later date, with the same value as your original booking. We do not offer refunds, but will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Privacy and Liability
Your personal data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with current regulations. The B&B is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the rooms. We assure you that we will do everything possible to provide a safe and peaceful stay.

General Information
In the unlikely event of service interruptions, such as electricity, water, or internet, which are beyond our control, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Acceptance of Terms
Before confirming your reservation, we kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and confirm your acceptance.
We are always available for any questions or clarifications, and we wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Benvenuti nel nostro B&B!
Siamo lieti di ospitarvi e ci teniamo a farvi sentire come a casa vostra. Le nostre regole di soggiorno sono semplici e nascono dal desiderio di garantire a tutti un’esperienza piacevole, basata su rispetto reciproco e buon senso.

Check-in e Check-out
Le camere saranno pronte per voi dalle ore 16:30 alle 20:00, salvo altre esigenze da parte vostra. Vi chiediamo gentilmente di comunicarci l’orario di arrivo e di informarci in caso di eventuali ritardi.
Al momento del check-in, vi preghiamo di presentarci i vostri documenti di identità per adempiere agli obblighi di legge. Le camere dovranno essere liberate entro le ore 11:00 del giorno della partenza per permetterci di prepararle per gli ospiti successivi. Se doveste avere bisogno di un po’ più di tempo, potete lasciare i vostri bagagli in custodia da noi e continuare a godervi la giornata!

Rispetto della struttura
Vi invitiamo a trattare la nostra casa con cura e rispetto, come fareste con la vostra. Eventuali danni verranno addebitati in modo equo, ma confidiamo nel fatto che, insieme, potremo evitare inconvenienti. In caso di smarrimento delle chiavi, verrà richiesto un rimborso per la sostituzione.

Pulizia e sicurezza
Per il comfort di tutti i nostri ospiti, all’interno delle camere e degli ambienti comuni è vietato fumare. Ci affidiamo alla vostra collaborazione per mantenere gli spazi puliti e accoglienti, spegnendo le luci quando lasciate la stanza e utilizzando i servizi igienici in maniera corretta.

Ospiti e visite
Per ragioni di sicurezza e tranquillità di tutti, solo gli ospiti registrati sono ammessi nelle camere. Vi preghiamo di non ricevere visitatori esterni all’interno della struttura.

Prenotazioni e cancellazioni
Accettiamo prenotazioni telefoniche o via email. Se doveste avere un contrattempo, saremo felici di offrirvi un voucher da utilizzare in un’altra data, mantenendo lo stesso valore del soggiorno prenotato. Non effettuiamo rimborsi, ma faremo del nostro meglio per venire incontro alle vostre esigenze.

Privacy e responsabilità
I vostri dati personali sono trattati con la massima riservatezza, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti. Il B&B non si assume responsabilità per smarrimenti o danni ad oggetti personali lasciati nelle camere. Vi assicuriamo che faremo di tutto per offrirvi un soggiorno sicuro e sereno.

Informazioni generali
In caso di interruzioni di servizi come elettricità, acqua o connessione internet indipendenti dalla nostra volontà, faremo il possibile per risolvere tempestivamente la situazione, ma vi ringraziamo per la comprensione.

Prima di confermare la vostra prenotazione, vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente il nostro regolamento e confermarne l’accettazione.
